Merribrook Retreat Standard Terms and Conditions *
Deposit Payment Policy
A credit card number is required and the first night’s accommodation is charged when the booking is made to guarantee the reservation. The balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival. However at Christmas/ New Year and Easter period when the final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Online Bookings ; Bookings taken on line are paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelling 15 days or more before arrival a 10% cancellation fee applies.
There is a 14 day cancellation policy. Your card would be charged with the full amount of your stay should you cancel, amend or change your reservation within 14 days of arrival. Upon quoting credit card details you are verbally agreeing to our booking conditions. Bookings taken on line are paid in full at the time of booking.
Christmas, New Year period and Easter Cancellation Policy is as above but with a 30 day cancellation period.
Standard Terms and Conditions
All rates are per night, based on a single or double occupancy per villa
• Check in 2:00pm – check out 10:30am.
• Minimum booking of 2 nights when a Saturday night is booked. 3 night minimum over the Christmas New Year period and a 4 night minimum over Easter
• Tariffs are charged at High season rates during public holiday and high season
• Special conditions apply for sole use bookings and specific packages.
• Massages and pampering treatments must be pre booked and special conditions apply..
Full payment is required prior to commencement of treatment. There is no refund for same day cancellation of massage and pampering
Children will be accommodated on the same basis as adult guests. Management advises that the property is not ideal for children under 12 years.
• Strictly no dogs on the property .
