As a long-time fan of eco-resorts, it is not often I find a new one that has everything. Merribrook has wonderful native forests in a beautiful landscape, birds, lakes, long and short walks, and warm hosts willing to share their love of their part of the world. Add the nearby ocean and food and wine tasting, and all this made for a very special holiday indeed
