Absolutely amazing place, paradise on earth
This place is all about the location for me, its an absolute wildlife haven. The lodges are set in the forrest, we stayed in a lakeview lodge. You are just surrounded by birds, butterflys, flowers, lizards and kangaroos. We saw the most beautiful birds, and although a loud wakeup call in the morning, I never got fed up of listening to the amazing kookaburra call. The flowers and gardens are beautifully kept and the lake is stunning. Its such a special place that i’m sure I could go back to over and over again.

Merribrook far exceeded expectations in all departments
They have excellent grounds and I’d strongly recommend going on long walks so you can enjoy the wildlife. We spotted plenty of Kangaroo’s bouncing around, the first wild ones I’ve ever seen

Very peaceful and quiet. So much wildlife from rabbits to ducks, kangaroos and colourful wrens and rosellas. Definitely recommend to anyone for a break to get away from it all
