The bedroom now has a queen bed and a single day bed. The main room has a queen bed and single day bed, table and chairs for relaxing. Our forest side chalet was very charming with lovely views of the woodland and very private with a kettle and a fridge. There was a double bed in the main area which we lay on to watch a dvd and then slept in the bedroom. There is a is lovely common area , the Lodge complete with a fireplace where you are free to wander into and use during the day- there are facilities for making tea and coffee as well as plenty of books, mags, board games and dvds for the tv in your chalet. There is also a lovely pool, a hot tub and lots of loungers etc…because there are only 1o chalets I think there are very few people around so it’s very private- we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves…There is also very beautiful grounds and the terrace where you get your breakfast in the morning overlooks the lake- a more beautiful view is hard to imagine!
