My husband, our adult son and I spent 3 nights in a Garden View Villa surrounded by beautiful gardens and bush. The villa was very clean, well appointed with very comfortable beds and was tastefully furnished/decorated. The main Lodge is a short walk through the well looked after gardens. The rammed earth walls and high ceilings of the spacious lounge,dining area which is surrounded by large windows, allow the guests to relax in elegant comfort . The breakfast offered great choice of healthy food. The home made cake and muffins were superb. The fact that we could use the large commercial kitchen in the afternoon and evening gave us opportunity to stay in the tranquil surroundings. The large pool ,spa was very enjoyable and not at all busy! The personal service was exceptional. We could not fault Merribrook at all and hope to return one day
